No, the photos will be exclusively shared through the My Photomoments platform using a secret code to the customer. No other person will have access to view, share, or download the photos.
If you cannot find any photos associated with your secret Code, there could be two possible reasons:
Photos not yet uploaded: It's possible that your photos have not been uploaded to the online site yet. Photos will be available on the online platform after 24 hours from the date of purchase.
Photos no longer available: Another possibility is that the photos may no longer be available for viewing. Photos will be available on the platform for 14 days from the date of purchase after which they are permanently deleted.
If you had your photos taken recently, it is recommended to click on the "Can't Find Photo" option. When doing so, make sure to provide your secret Code along with any other relevant descriptive information. The support team will make every effort to assist you in locating your photos.
If you purchase a Claim Photo Card, your pictures will be available online after 24 hours starting from the date of purchase. You will have a 14-day window to view, share, and download your pictures. However, once this 14-day period ends, your pictures will be permanently deleted and will no longer be accessible on the platform

If your browser doesn't automatically open the .zip file, you'll need to download software to unzip the files. For Microsoft Windows, you can use free software like WinZip® or PKWARE's PKZIP®. For Mac OS X or above, you can use Allume Systems Stuffit Expander. Once you have the software installed, open the zip file following the instructions provided by the software, and save your photographs as directed.
